18 stong trekkers departed for Dabong via comfy KTM overnight train on thursday nite....glad to be lying down on our backs throughout the train journey...thanks to lau ban niang for securing sleeping cabins for us....reached Dabong next morning at 6.30 a.m....breakfast at coffee shop beside the train station and went for caving after that....ohhh not forgetting we played pepsi cola 123 while waiting...visited 3 caves...from the tiny little hole to the majestic ceilings....luckily there was not much bat shit or urine....though heyu stepped on cow shit...bad luck....back to same makan place for lunch...w filled stomachs n food in our bags....we were ready to climb to baha camp....the climb took abt 1.5 hrs...due to the long weekend....there are many people camping at baha camp....even adeline's honeymoon hut next to our campsite has been booked in advance by this person called joe....hiak....the guides helped us pitched our tent and sean vacuumed the tent with his hands....after that it was waterfall time.....waterfall was nice....but could be better if there were less people....after water time....it was around late noon and sky did not look good....sean suggested that we shd set upsome shelter....so everyone took out their poncho and comscord to put up the great shelter...even the wooden clothes pegs came in handy.....time for dinner....and we cooked up a storm before the storm arrived....the rain did come but luckily we had the great shelter....xuefen, weizhen,inn inn, adeline n partner all sat side by side inside their tent during the storm...nice bonding session....

Wedding of Chen Dong Xun & Wu Run Mei...15 March 2008...Furama Riverfront... Dong Xun & Run Mei....been pronouncing these two names the whole nite...haha....it was a touching yet funny wedding....touching to see Dong Xun broke down into tears when he saw Run Mei in wedding veil....funny when Dong Xun kicked Run Mei into the cable car...and of cos the infamous snoring Dong Xun...am reallie happy to witness the union of Dong Xun & Run Mei....i hereby wish them forever in love (yong yuan en en ai ai)....there is only one reason to get married....how true....

lelong lelong...one dollar...one dollar...everything must go...buy 5 get 1 free...that was my calling during the last hour sale....hahaha....it was great fun at the flea market...my students came to help me....my friends came to give support....the foreign workers bought my clothes....the locals bought my shoes....the people get to sit on the stools provided at our stall...a filipino who is about the same frame as me bought 10 pieces of clothes during the last hour sale....got her contact no to inform her of future sales....have great sense of satisfaction with every item sold....thanks to all who came to support....eunice & ken, cheryl & seng, kezia, surene, kheng choo, zu yong, adeline, swee kian & clarrie, eugene & esther, tee chim, liping and sheena....the revenue for the day was $272....success!!!!

check out our debut unplugged performance at bukit batok home for the aged...had our secret rehearsal at little guilin before that...where our voices and laughter echoed....where johnson did his ah-go-go dance....hahaa....thanks to everyone who sang and performed....we can take part in the next "lau ren yuan superstar" liao.... thanks to safra dragonboat team for being there, giving the support and applauding with their strong hands....thus making the applause louder....hahaa....after that we adjourned to bukit timah for our annual lo hei....with the inflation....the food serving size has diminished....if andy was there...he would sure complain not enough food :) ....however...the company is still as good as ever....fantastic chu san!!! gong xi fa cai!!! red is for new year....

it all started when i was still in cambodia...sean jio-ed me for this cycling trip thru sms...i happily agreed without knowing wat am i getting myself...or rather my butt into...haven't been cycling for many many many years...cycling to angkor wat does not count...cos no slopes at all...the first day was difficult for me....haha...did not really made full use of the available gears to help me climb the slopes...n sean said,"dun switch off the dynamo lahh.."though the slopes were killing me...but i thot batam is beautiful...hehe...never knew the real beauty of batam...especially from the first bridge onwards...

wenjie's wedding bash...at mandarin orchard...finally he has shed his sex monk rope for a wedding suit!!!still remember the blanket during the uniform party??!! it was a good time for orcas to gather...as we were planning for more orca gatherings in 2008...such as CNY n orca once-a-year paddling...haha... wenjie had brought the wedding to a real high with his real personality...had saw the other side of him...especially when he cried while delivering his speech...his speech has touched everyone...even the ladies in the toilet were commenting...the hubby heng ke ai hor(very cute hor)....like su chin said...wenjie shi ge heng zhen de ren...(wenjie is a real person)....i totally agree!!!! once again!!! congratulations to wenjie n wendy!!! blissful marriage!!!

held at orchid country club...attended by most oacians...including christopher n his little princess...who sat beside me but dun want to go toilet with me....as she was not that urgent at that moment...thot she dislikes me wor...hehehe...vernie looked stunning different on her wedding nite...no more blur already?!?....vernie's husband is truly romantic...he did a a painting for vernie which cost 3 months of his life...even the guys at the table go "wahh"...hehe...aiya...i miss the house warming session....when's the next open house???
